TECHNICAL SUPERVISION
No Technical Project can be implemented according to the plans of the Technical Studies without the presence of the Supervising Engineer. The existing construction is assessed by an experienced engineer, after having made an autopsy and correlation with the plans of the building permit. Any technical problems are identified, and the reconstruction cost is estimated.
